Bodegas Matarromera is located right in the heart of the
Ribera de Duero. Its facilities are partially buried in the
north hillside of the Duero Valley with beautiful views that
towers above the whole valley of the municipal district of
Valbuena de Duero in Valladolid. Matarromera is born with
clear international successes and keeps on wining most
prestigious awards and recognition already enjoyed over its
whole business development.
Aroma: Complex,
elegant, fine (red currant preserves, clove,
peppers).
Palate: Round and spicy
in the mouth with polished tannins and a good
balance. Spicy finish.
Matching: It combines
very nicely with stewed fish, game casseroles,
grilled meat, and lamb and suckling pig. Very
suitable for serving with cured cheeses to provide a
good ending to any meal.

Cider- “Sidra” - is what in the US is called "hard
cider" in reference
to fermented apple juice. In England, apple cider is an
alcoholic beverage that is produced when the juice from
freshly pressed apples is allowed to ferment. It's
sometimes referred to as "hard cider."
Since 1921 Ch. de Villaviciosa has produced fine
sparkling natural Ciders using the most select apples
from our Asturias region. It is produced in both, a
higher alcohol level and a lower alcohol content which
is considered non-alcohol.
The CYAN winery is one of the most
prestigious and recognized wineries in the eyes of national
and international critics because of the quality of the
wines it has made since it was founded in 1999.
Just 12 km from the town of Toro in the province of Zamora,

Montilla-Moriles they make fortified wines using the
Pedro Ximénez grape. These wines share the same
production techniques as Sherry from D.O. Jerez further
